Nick's Pizza & Pub
Nick's Pizza & Pub, originally established in Crystal Lake, Illinois, just over nine years ago, has undertaken an expansion program to build four new facilities by the Year 2010.
A.H.S., Inc. was proud to have been selected as the Construction Manager for the construction phase of Unit 2, a $ 3.6 million project, located at Bowes and Randall Road in Elgin, Illinois.
Unit 2 has approximately 9,000 square feet in multi-level dining rooms, which seats approximately 290 patrons, and an additional 5,000 square feet of food preparation areas, storage and ancillary offices in the lower level.
Construction on the facility commenced shortly after securing the foundation permit on August 20, 2004 and a subsequent full permit on September 13, 2004.
Approximately 7 months later, Nicks Pizza & Pub - Elgin opened it's doors for operation on March 29, 2005.
